is it safe to take Orlistat tablets if your pregnant?

My cousin has been given Orlistat tablets by her doctor for weight loss but he never said if it was safe to take whilst pregnant. Shes a bit worried becuase she thinks she may be but its too early to take a test. I went on the internet for her and all it says is the tablets havent been tested for pregnant women. Her doctor isnt any help at all
