Is it safe to take Orlistat (xenical) while on the Slim Fast meal replacments?

I have been prescribed Orlistat (Xenical) by my gp but is it safe to have the Slim Fast shakes as meal replacements aswell?

1. i was prescribed orlistat 1 month ago and i dont think you will need to do slim fast as well!! i have lost just under a stone - nad tbh i not been taking the orlistat as i shud so its good stuff!!! but you need to be careful witht he fat content in milk cos if you have too much milk, cos of thr fat content the orlistat will make you ill you just need to have less than 15 grams of fat per meal, which soon becomes second nature but is hard at first but you figure out wat you can buy quckly - and you will be surprised! meals like poached fish, boiled potatoes and steamed veg, can be really nice especially wen you look at diffent veg and sauces for fish, there is a seseme and ginger one which is low in fat and very nice, quorn sausages too. its been a month i been on them now, well 5/6 weeks and theres no reason you csant eat pretty much "normally" i have not gone hungrey at all. plus its reccommended that you sit down to every meal and savour all the flavours cos it makes it easier apparently according to the booklet my doctor gave me
