THE Alli Source - Thin Diet Pill

Has anyone tried the alli diet pill? What are the side effects?

I went on the website but it was a little vague about the "treatment effects". I was wondering how bad they are and if you stick to the plan will you still experience some of them? And if you did take alli did it help? And please, no lectures about healthy eating. If I could stick to a healthy eating plan I wouldn't be on here asking about alli! I've tried dieting many times but seem to have no will power right now. I need something that will keep me on the straight and narrow!

  1. I have NOT experianced any side effects nor heard anyone in my gym complaining Some diet pills are indeed crap, but there are a few that are really good i dont really care what anyone else says about them because the chances are that they are not using it properly, you can't take a pill and then expect to wake up tomorrow 5lbs lighter. It's NOT going to happen but if you follow a good diet or workout plan then they work great. I've used only a few products and they have worked GREAT, i've lost fat with ease and so have the other guys and girls in the gym, its safe no side affects. One of them im about to recommend is approved by the FDA also. I don't know if any pharmacies stock them but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here on the offical site Acia Berry http://www.acaiberryselect.com/?aid=853116 Alli http://www.healthbuy.com/product/site/alli_weight_loss_pill/?aid=853116 In the mean time use this system to lose weight at the same time and benefit from the diet pill they way you should. ---Diet---- You need to get both of them right, now your diet should work like this... you should be eating a meal every 2-3 hours but not a junk food snack/meal. When i say meal i mean something which is healthy ie you might have some pasta with tuna, or a quick banana as a snack. The foods you eat should be COMPLEX carbs ie pasta, brown bread etc etc. You also want to try and get as much fruit + ved in a day. Make sure you have a good amount of protein throughout your meals. Now you also need to work out your Basal Metabolic Rate, this simply tells you how many calories you burn a day, you need to find out how much your actually eating now its most likely to be in excess if it is you want to TRY and cut down 500 calories and stick to your new total amount. This shouldnt be hard because you will be eating Complex carbs which are just as filling but have a lower calorie count but are better for you than empty calories which are found in simple carbs. ---Workout--- Here are some tips for you Okay now for your workout what you want to be doing is concentrating on many different types of cardio exercises. These are your jogging, swimming basically anything that makes you sweat and makes your heart pound. If you can join a gym as they have a lot of cardio machines there. Now once you get in to the hang of say jogging, what i mean by this is say you jog 20 mins everyday eventually you will come to a point where your not losing anymore weight this is like hitting a brick wall, this means you need to up the game, start jogging that extra five minutes a day, start taking that one less suagr in your cup of tea. The most important tip to remember is to vary your cardio routines. Your body gets used to the same cardio routines done over and over. By varying your routine, your body will have to adjust, and thus causes a rise in the metabolic rate, thereby burning calories faster. But how many people do you see walking everyday in your neighborhood, or on the same treadmill or elliptical machine at the gym, and their body never seems to be changing. They do all that work and see no visible results. That is because the conventional wisdom is to get some form of cardio 3-5 days a week at 30 - 60 minutes. A better alternative is high impact interval training. High impact training could include doing a warm-up of 3-4 minutes on a treadmill, followed by 1 minute at 8 mph, then 1 1/2 minutes at 4 mph, then run 10 mph for 1 minute, then walk at 4 mph for 1 1/2 minutes. You can repeat this 3 or 4 times to get a very effective, and not boring cardio workout. You can also incorporate running or walking stairs, or do short sprints. The sprints need not be long (20,30, 50 yards), and you rest by walking back to the starting point. These are very effective. Have you ever seen a fat person running the 100 yard dash at the Olympics? And often overlooked is the jump rope. Do short bursts of jump rope at a brisk pace with some faster paced, or double jumps, or criss crosses mixed in. By applying these cardio tips on how to burn calories fast, you should be able to jump start your metabolism, and make progress towards your fitness goals I can guarantee you that you will lose weight i have had to both GAIN and LOSE weight as i was an ex boxer I assure you that this will work, but the most important tip is motivation from YOU! 2. I have been reading about them as I was thinking of taking them as like you I am trying to lose weight but find it hard to stick to a diet? What I have read is that it gives you really bad diarrhea and you get leakage and also you get stomach cramps so its put me off trying them. I have also been looking at Proactol and that seems to have hardly any side effects and has some good reviews but the downside is that it is very expensive and you can only get it online. I have been told that it's best not to do a strict diet but just to cut certain things from your diet one by one. Start by cutting out one thing at a time, like Biscuits? Once you have got used to going without them then cut out another food and so on?If you have sugar in your Tea & Coffee then try and go without (It took me about 2 weeks to get used to going without sugar) Drink plenty of water and snack on Fruit and raw veg. Do exercises that you enjoy such as putting on your favorite CD and Dance for about 45 minutes a day, or go Swimming. Don't do any exercises that you don't enjoy as you will soon get bored of them. Good Luck!!!!
  3. You should avoid it. The only thing you will lose is money. See this article by the Center for Science in the Public Interest: http://cspinet.org/new/200903231.html
  4. I've been on Alli since April 1 and lost 7 pounds as of last week (May 18), but this weekend I gained back 1 because I was BAD! But I'm back on track now, I'm doing good this week and am finally back down to my 7 pound loss. I just came back in from my walk!! It's amazing. Before using Alli, I was doing everything. I was exercising, mostly cutting out junk food but nothing was getting the weight off which I kinda contribute to having a baby last year--my body said "I just created a baby now you want me to lose weight??? yeah right". LOL So my metabolism was DEAD before Alli. I could not lose a thing, I was actually gaining 1/2 pound every two weeks. I was counting calories also, and that didn't work. Seven pounds might not sound like a lot, but for me it's more than I've lost in two years. The treatment effects for me are not bad, but just be near a bathroom if you eat something bad. I actually only take Alli one time a day with the highest fat meal, I'm challenging myself to eat low-fat the rest of the day and it's working. I can't believe it works. You'll love it. Of course, you might lose faster taking it all three meals, but I'm trying to learn how to eat instead of taking the pill for every meal. It's just getting the scale numbers I need to keep going!!!
  5. I am on Alli now, the only side effects (which I have not had yet Thank God!) are crapping yourself, Gross huh? I tried saying it in a nice way, but yeah you will have explosive diarrhea.
  6. I have not tried it but i want to.
