Is the chemical Orlistat applicable in dealing with chemistry or biology?

The term Orlistat comes from the general name which is tetrahyrdolipstatin and the IUPAC name (S)-((S)-1-((2S,3S)-3-hexyl-4-oxooxetan-2-yl)tridecan-2-yl) 2-formamido-4-methylpentanoate which is C29H53NO5.Please help to balance this compound that is effectively capable of preventing mumps. This experiment can lead to a new innovation of scientist to prevent mumps(although there's a vaccine available).Please help me balance the chemical equation.Its molar mass is 495.735 g/mol.
