  1. I wouldnt waste my time with it. It is too expensive for the minimum results that you see.
  2. Don't do it. It is not a permanent solution. I was also an overweight teen and tried all kinds of supplements, pills, diets, etc. to lose weight. I know it is tempting and seems like a fast and easy solution. But... I guarantee that there is a better way. These types of solutions are not a permanent solution and will only cause weight gain in the long run if you do not address the issues underlying issues. None of these weight loss pills are meant to be taken forever. So... you'll always be back to square one at some point even if you lose the weight. The best way to eat so that you never have to worry about your weight is to get in touch with your body's own hunger and fullness cues. This is how people that are naturally thin and never struggle with weight stay slim. They eat whatever they want, whenever they want, but just eat when they are hungry and stop at satisfaction. I am a personal coach for teens who want to lose weight and help teens figure out what causes them to overeat and how to change these patterns so that they never struggle with weight again. We also offer one-on-one personal weight loss coaching for teens. Take care of yourself! Kim Hiatt, Ph.D.
  3. You need to talk to your doctor before considering it. If you are obese and are willing to stick to the diet recommended, it might be useful.
