are alli pills good for you if you are in a diet?
my sister wants to take them and lose some wight in a month? she wants to know if they could harm you in any way or if they could help you in what way? in other words. do you recommend alli for losing fat?

- my husband tried alli and the only side effects he got were really bad bowel movements, if you eat healthy though it probably won't be as bad, but it does work.
- Personally, no. They don't look very safe. I don't know what it does specifically, but I would recommend doing it the healthy way. Running, swimming, getting active and eating less processed foods will do more than you will think. The best part is feeling confident and refreshed when you do some exercise!
- I love ALLI. It helps me keep my calories and fat grams low because you can **leak** back there. It cuts down the fat content. I think it adds to the diet. I have lose a great deal of weight taking it.
